MyRide or Roundabout 50

Does anyone have either of these carseats? I am doing research for Everly's new carseat. The top is the Britax Roundabout 50 and the bottom is the Graco MyRide 65. We have a Graco now and have had no problems with it, so I am leaning more towards the Graco. Both of these have great safety reviews. The have high weight limits for rear facing babies. That is very important to me since it is recommended babies are rear facing as long as possible. I am wondering more about ease of use and space taken up in the backseat of a car (I have a Camry). If any of you have one, would you please leave us a comment. We'll be purchasing soon. I think we've got our money's worth out of the Graco SnugRide infant seat.

We have the Britax Marathon. Check out this website for free shipping & great prices on Britax.

We have the Britax in my car & a graco in Jeremy's car & my mom's car. I must admit that I wish I had spent the extra money to get the Britax in all vehicles.
Hadley is frontward facing though, so I'm no help there! It's a big decision...I've been making this decision since Christmas & finally purchased our seats at the end of March.

I used Graco with RG and now use Britax w/ MR and J. No doubt about it- Britax is worlds above the other!!! You're talking about an investment I know, but MR has been in her Britax for about 3 years and when its washed it looks as good as it did the day I bought it! No wear, no fading, no stains, (even with the MOUNDS of food and crumbs that sit in it on a daily basis)! Also, if you haven't already used Britax's LATCH system it is WORLDS more simple than most others. I am now a BRITAX advocate and if you want to see a couple in person I'll be glad to swing by and let you check ours out. You really need to see how easy the LATCH system is to get in your car and get the seat so tight you can't move it at all! That's kind of hard to do with most other seats. I've also got my SIL Shonna convinced as well. Happy Car Seat Shopping. They have a great selection of Britax at Storkland/Namedropper in Mtgy. That's where I got my first one. Same prices as online for the most part and no shipping. -Kristen (just realized RG is logged in and I'm not retyping all of this to log in under my name)

By the way, we have the Marathon not the Roundabout, there is only a little difference in their size but a big difference in their weight limit.

Hey Angie,

We have the Britax Marathon. I chose it because my friend had done extensive research on carseats and it got high marks. It also was economical in the sense it lasts up to 65 lbs! I purchased mine from albeebaby as well and saved mucho dinero! I was able to find a flower print for Jason's vehicle that was on sale for super cheap! I have even heard of moms buying whatever is on clearance and using it for a boy baby!!! That's how good these seats are!

Angie, we have the exact Britax roundabout 50 and as you know I also drive a camry. It fits pretty good in my car, but is a little bulky rear facing. However I'm sure the other would be about the same size. We like the roundabout so far, and it's super easy to get in and out of my car.

We found our roundabout on Amazon we paid no tax and got free shipping, so we got a pretty good deal.
